At Stellar3DPrints, each product is crafted with precision and care. Due to the customized nature of 3D printing, we have a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
🚫 No Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including both customized and non-customized items.
- We strongly encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
📦 Damaged Products – Replacement Policy
We take every effort to ensure your items are safely packed and shipped. However, if your product arrives damaged:
What You Need to Do:
- Record a clear, uncut video of the package before opening and during the full unboxing process.
- The video must:
- Show the sealed condition of the package
- Clearly capture the damage on the product
- Email the video to: info@stellar3dprints.in
- Within 24 hours of receiving the package
Important:
- Claims without video evidence or submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for a replacement.
- If approved, a replacement will be issued for the damaged product.
- Refunds are not issued, even in damage claims.
🔁 Replacement Eligibility
- Only products proven to be damaged in transit and supported with proper unboxing video evidence are eligible.
- All replacement decisions are made at our discretion after reviewing the submitted proof.
🕒 Refunds in Exceptional Cases
In rare approved cases (e.g., accidental duplicate orders or billing errors), a refund may be issued. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
- Timeline may vary depending on your bank and Razorpay’s processing system
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to the made-to-order, customized nature of our 3D printing services.
- Ensure all order details are accurate before checkout.
✏️ Changes to Orders
- Once an order is submitted, no modifications can be made.
- We advise double-checking product type, specifications, and shipping details before finalizing.
